Can I use my samples that have already been lysed in a different lysis buffer for your FastScan™ ELISA kit?

Unfortunately, the FastScan™ ELISA kits can be sensitive to the lysis buffer that is used. They have only been validated with the cell extraction buffer that is included with the kit. However, if the protein concentration is high enough, we have had customers successfully obtain results with lysates that have been diluted into the provided cell extraction buffer.
