Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) is a new technology that utilizes target-specific primary antibodies and pAG-MNase to isolate protein-DNA complexes on native chromatin for analysis by qPCR or next-gen sequencing (NGS). We have compiled a collection of videos, application notes, eBooks, blogs, and more to demonstrate how CUT&RUN is compatible with histones, transcription factors and cofactors, has a low sample requirement, allows you to progress from cell to DNA in 1-2 days, and requires less NGS due to very low background signal.
