Is it possible to perform CUT&Tag on frozen tissue samples?
Yes, our CUT&Tag Assay Kit works with flash frozen tissue samples or tissue samples directly frozen at -80℃. After thawing, fixation of the tissue sample is optional, as we haven't found that fixation boosts the CUT&Tag signal strength.
