Which isoforms does the ba1/AIF-1 (E4O4W) XP® Rabbit mAb #17198 detect?

Product Iba1/AIF-1 (E4O4W) XP^® Rabbit mAb #17198 is predicted to detect isoform 1 and isoform 2 of the Ionized calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1 (Iba1), also known as allograft inflammatory factor 1 (AIF-1). However, it is not expected to bind to isoform 3. This antibody's binding epitope surrounds Ala139 of human Iba1/AIF-1, which is missing in isoform 3.
