Based on homology, our β-Tubulin Antibody #2146, β-Tubulin (9F3) Rabbit mAb #2128, β-Tubulin (D3U1W) Mouse mAb #86298, and β-Tubulin (D2N5G) Rabbit mAb #15115 should detect β-Tubulin isoforms A, B, and C. The antigen sequences for these antibodies have 96% homology with beta 2C, beta 4B, beta 5B, and beta 4A isoforms 1, 2, and 3, and 95% homology with beta 2C isoforms A and B.

We have several antibodies for β-actin that are validated for IHC-P in mouse samples. These are β-Actin (13E5) Rabbit mAb #4970 and β-Actin (8H10D10) Mouse mAb #3700.
From our testing, we have seen that our Glucocorticoid Receptor (D6H2L) XP® Rabbit mAb #12041 detects both the alpha and beta isoforms of the Glucocorticoid Receptor. It is possible that #12041 may detect other less common isoforms as well, but we have not confirmed this experimentally.
Unfortunately, we are not aware if any of our amyloid-beta antibodies will detect the alpha-oligomer of the amyloid-beta protein.
We believe the 48 kDa band may represent a heterodimer of β-crystallin B1 based on the following references:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/1414Dolinska MB, Sergeev YV, Chan MP, Palmer I, Wingfield PT. Our Pan-Calcineurin A Antibody #2614 detects endogenous levels of the alpha isoform of Calcineurin A, however it may also recognize the beta and gamma isoforms. Regrettably, because it has been difficult to find suitable models, we have not specifically tested if this product will detect the beta and gamma isoforms.

Our Phospho-Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase (Ser79) (D7D11) Rabbit mAbs #11818 and #42801 detect both phospho-ACC-alpha and phospho-ACC-beta. These antibodies recognize ACC-alpha only when phosphorylated at Ser80 in human, which corresponds to Ser79 in mouse and rat.
It is not uncommon to see a doublet with our beta-Actin antibodies depending on the samples being tested. It is likely caused either by phosphorylation of beta-Actin on its many phosphorylation sites, resulting in a shift in size, or by cross-reactivity with gamma-Actin (beta-Actin = 375 amino acids, gamma-Actin (cytoplasmic form) = 333 amino acids).
