Control Cell Extracts

These positive and negative control cell extracts and proteins are made and used in-house for antibody validation and lot to lot testing. We recommend using these extracts as control lanes on your western blot, to ensure that western blotting procedures are appropriately executed. The use of proper controls also facilitates troubleshooting, as problems can then be attributed to either the western blotting protocol or the quality of the extracts used in the actual experiment.
